When a Matteson staff couldn't reach the recipient by phone, she called me. She was extremely pleasant and sincerely concerned that my daughter-in-law might not know the flowers were on her porch. I had apparently given her a number no longer being used. As it turns out, she and my son were in LA enjoying her favorite comic. When they returned she was excited to find her flowers greeting her at the door. Thanks for the arrangement, freshness, and determination to get it right.
